The hotel offered affordable rates and was conveniently located near my friend's house. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel could improve in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail, especially regarding registration with passport numbers and not remaining silent when there are issues. it was disappointing that only local payment methods were accepted and that smoking was still allowed in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near my friend's house. the room allocated to me, room 219, was spacious and comfortable. the bathroom, although dimly lit, was clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the hotel had decent facilities and advantages for a budget stay.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel, such as dusty floors in the room.

The hotel needs some improvement in training its receptionists to handle overseas customers. They should advise customers on how to register their rooms with their passport numbers, inform them if online registration fails, and standardize deposit costs.
